Rollercoaster of Emotion

On Monday, I am having two tests it was maths and coding. I definitely burn the midnight oil cause I am someone who loves to study at the very last minute. After I finish the tests around 2:00 p.m. , my friends and I went to grab some delicious food at Kampung Baru. This was one of the best places that you can grab every type of food and really affordable. Back home, I take a quick shower to refresh myself before continuing my work. Then, I completed two assignments without realising it’s already dark outside.

The next day, I went to my weekly taekwondo training at the campus. After days of break, my power and movement is slowing down. I had a strained muscle because that is the week of intense training. One thing to do after is eating! Before going for a training my last meal would be at 3:00 p.m. , it is to lesser the cramps. I had a little talks with them and get to know my new teammates. We also planned to enter as many competition as  possible, to get more experience and it is also can help us with our speeds.

From Wednesday until Friday is my day off because I am not well enough. I had a headache that cause me to barely get worked up. Then on Saturday, I went back home to celebrate my niece birthday, she’s two years old this year. I have lots of photos and memories playing with my nieces, it was such a lovely time. My inner child is screaming! Of course I need to treat them some sweets after their energy gets low.

Sunday had me feeling a refreshment, my friends and I went on hiking together. The place was in Rawang and there is also a waterfall. We spent almost five hours playing there before the sunrise and the place gets hotter. I would say I really love the place because the water is cold and the it was clean without any rubbish. Nevertheless, the place is full of monkeys but not to be chased by them is to packed your food inside a bag.

To conclude this week, I kind of have a rollercoaster of emotions because the headache is just so painful to endure but somehow I recover. I love the time spent well with the people I love and I could look up to. When life gets tough you should go out to have a contact with nature.
